Security freeze query.

Last week, I applied for and got approval for four credit cards.

Earlier today, I froze Experian.

I assume that the "freeze" simply prevents hard pulls and will NOT prevent the four banks from entering these new accounts onto the reports.

Is that correct?

Correct, and it will also not prevent your existing creditors from doing SPs on your reports.
