Selling and Reselling of Debt

If a debt buyer sold the debt to another collection, can their names be both present on CR?

no, only one should be on your report. dispute one of them. hell, i would dispute both of them.

NO!!!  you can have 1 OC and 1 CA  collection for the same account   only
 
When a second CA appears   DV the first one   they should not answer & delete.  IF they do not delete   wait 30 days from date that they sign for DV   and dispute as  not mine
 
 
If the dispute comes back   verified     then MOV the CRA     AND  send an ITS letter to the CA  giving them 15 days to delete!
