Sent Dv's now what?

I sent out Dv letters on Jan 26th I believe. I sent them cmmrr (or whatever the right abreviation is) The were signed for on January 31st and Feb 1st. When do I send something to the CRA's? Do I wait for them to respond or send them a letter saying I am disputing those accounts now? If the ca's dont respond within 30 days am I correct in thinking that the items have to be removed from my account?

The way I understand it, the CA is to notify the CRA that you are disputing the account.

Wait 31 or 35 days depending on who's suggestion you go with and if no answer then send copies of everything, including where they signed for the letters, to the CRA and tell them that the CA only had 30 days to respond and did not. Therefore the accounts should be deleted as the CA could not/did not validate the debts.
