Should I ask for CLI on my Orchard?

I've had it for a year now.  they increased it from $300 to $500 3 months ago.  Should I ask for a CLI or just let it ride?

Did you have to ask for the initial increase or did they just give it to you?

They just gave it to me.  On the other HSBC card I asked for it, they charged me $15 and gave a $100 limit increase...

They gave me several. I requested only one, got an increase of $250.00, charged me $20.00.

Began with Orchard at $300, now at $1850.

Nice.  How long did it take to ramp up?

Had the same experience with HBSC. Didn't take the increase as I didn't think it was worth paying $15 for when I have had a perfect payment record for over a year and a half. I'll wait it out or move on to a different card. I plan to pay off HBSC between now and the middle of next month and not use it again.

I wonder if they ever give CL increases without asking.  Maybe their business model is to make extra money on fees.  Anybody with a HBSC Platinum CC getting CL increases?

I have had the HBSC Platinum for 3 years... not one CLI!
