Should I follow these instructions?

I recently had 2 lates removed from Cap 1 in Feb but they reinserted the 2lates in March. b/c I disputed the account b/c of incorrect balance. I talk to a account specialist manager yesterday and

he told me to fax copies of my EQ report showing that the lates removed and then reinserted.

My question is should I send the fax??

Why did you dispute the balance?  I would go ahead and fax him the info.
