Should drop off date be same at all cra's?

just wondering as my cap one account is scheduled to be removed from equifax in nov. 07, transunion in oct 07 and experian in like may 08.  shouldn't the date be the same if it is calculated by the date of first delinquency?

i am not going to dispute this until it comes off tu and eq, just in case.  after that can i dispute based on the fact that it is gone from the other 2 or how should i approach it?

thanks again fico guru's!

No, I haven't disputed this yet. I guess that was really my question.  Should I wait and just let this fall off TU & EQ then dispute on EX.  My fear is that "maybe" the EX date is the correct date and they will change the dates on the other two, know what I mean?  Hopefully, that doesn't sound unethical to anyone.

If I were to dispute, what would I say?  I don't want to say anything that anyone could consider acknowledging the debt and reset the sol (for lawsuits, that is).

What do you think?

When SOL is past it is much easier to handle. Dispute with all 3 CRAs  as NOT MINE wait and see if they drop.

If they come back verified  send DV  CMRRR and wait 30 days.

In DV  ask for all info. relating to account along with complete documentation and signiture also complete account history!

DO NOT SIGN anything sent (except to a CRA)  just type everything
