Just an FYI: I currently have access to 2 of my TU reports.
When hitting the simulate best action button w/over 24 months:
4/14/11 - 680 (same accounts 1 old baddie) 800-840
5/4/11 - 691 (same accounts, smaller balances, baddie fell off) 711-751
WTH? Maybe my AAoA is the reason? I took a major hit with that one. Only 11 points for a CO 
Anyhoo, it's just a simulator and an FYI incase anyone plays with it.
