On TC how do you tell the difference between a Hard or Soft Pull. Can CAs make a hard pull?

TC doesn't show Soft

How are folks finding out about their soft pulls? I thought I saw folks here talking about soft pulls noted in TC.

CA that own debt, or have contract with OC have PP... An dcan pull whenever they like. Typically they pull prior to accepting a PFD. At least all did for me.

I am seeing several pulled by CA's and have not offered and CAs a PFD yet. Trying to get the stuff not in collections handled first.

Soft pulls are shown on the EQ credit report monitoring service - NOT SW -

3-in-1 Gold monitoring service. HOWEVER, you ONLY get to see EQ daily.

And shown on all hard copies. 

They come from CRAs after disputes are finalized. Don't need to pay for them.
