Sorry Here's Another Q. Just noticed this

Ok, Some of you know that on my report I have a CO and a CA for the same BOA account. Now before I saw this site I started paying a so called attorney payments for the CA account.

Well I just noticed on a TU report I pulled in Dec 2007 that BOTH OC and CA show an estimated date to be removed from report as 10/2008. Does this mean that I can just stop paying the CA/Attorney after it drops off my report or what do you guys think I should do here.

I disputed online the OC since I thought it was wrong for both to be reporting but I just checked dispute status and they already completed that BOA OC account and status says remains so I guess it is ok for both the OC and CA to report on same BOA account.

If it is reporting on TU, could it also be reporting on the other two. Sometimes the dates can be off or different so it'll be worth it to check it out.

It is also OK for an OC and a CA to report at the same time..

If you stop paying, it'll still drop off your reports. BUT, you will still be within SOL. SOL resets with the OC, not the CA, at the point the last payment was made. Consider a PFD for the balance if you can. You are in a good position to settle.
