They have been stating every time I contact them that they will not delete from credit files. I wrote the CEO, BBB, and sent several GW letters. Nothing worked. Well, I filed with the CFPB on Friday, 6/12/20, received a call today (Monday 6/15/20) that it will be deleted from my credit report, and they will be emailing me that confirmation. May or may not work for you, but I wanted everyone to have the information.
