Anyone have any experience with this? Seems to be happening to me lately. What causes it?
I had the same problem. I think it was pulling my credit score everyday when i was using the American Express credit tracker or whatever it was called. I called EX and they fixed it. Not sure if you are having the same issue, but that's what happened to me.


I've had it fixed 3 times before. I just hate calling EQ cause they do not understand english I swear.
Did the split report do anything to your hard and soft inquiries?

The most common reason is frequent soft inquiries. The report loads up with softs, and then splits. Too much data for the alloted file space.
Frequent softs on EQ will often result in closed accounts falling off early as well, hurting your AAoA. ![]()

i think i know the answer to this, but just want to make sure im not fooling myself. but if you put a freeze on your reports, will it prevent the softs from coming through as well?
