I just found out by badgering EQ for the 3rd time in the last two month my file is split. The guy on the other end had the audacity to say to me "Well, you just got maried, so you expect the reports to update so soon" and I said "Um, no, but since I have been married for 7 YEARS I expect that to be time enough"
And guess what? They wont merge them, unless I jump through hoops. I need to send them a letter stating why I need to merge the reports and copies of my marriage certificate, my SS card, and my drivers liscence.
The thing is though- to me this grounds to dispute everything on the reports. I know it doesnt work that way, but still.
So much for having a clean report 2 months post BK. Now I have to start all over again. AND I have been stuck paying for their crummy service for 60 days because I couldnt get MYFICO to get a EQ score.

PLease, shouldnt there be a phone number to speak to someone wo can just merge the files? I was told 30 days after recieving the info.
I know what that is like it has happened to me a lot and it is no fun. I have a lot of soft inq on my file and lot of accounts.
