i am in same may 9th group, i checked my status and it just tells me this message were sorry, but you need to recheck your info........ I put in my info correctly.WTF man i want to know what date it will show up in my bank acct. i am hoping for the 5th cause the ones to be getting on the 2nd got theirs on the 28th instead, only fair i get mine early, so i can pay off my collection to rid of it.

According to the IRS site, your information is only available when your payments are scheduled to be sent. So, if you are to get it by 9 May, I take it to mean that on 2 May you should be able to find out the status.
i really think its a problem with there website cause i was able to check my b-friends earlier now its telling me i made a mistake so i think there website is messed up.

I got the same error message. I figured out that it was because I had the number of exemptions incorrect. I didn't have a copy of my 2007 Tax Return so I just kept guessing the number of exemptions until I got it right. I was then taken to another screen that told me the amount of my rebate and that it will be deposited into my bank account on Monday, May 5, 2008.
FYI, I used Turbo Tax to e-file and paid the fee using a debit/credit card. I did not have the fee taken out of my refund and my rebate is being directly deposited into the bank account my tax return was deposited into.
Hope that clears up any confusion as to DD and paper check.
Well well well. The link says it can't tell me the status of ESP payment. It also says the one had to pay their taxes 6 weeks ago in order to qualify. What is that?
