Ok new question: I have 2 student loans with Direct Loans thru the Government. I have posted on this before, but my question is I have a letter or rather print screen showing that my accts are in forbearance from 08/2006 till 11/2007. I just started repairing and realized that my eft had stopped and I was behind in payments. So the first thing I did was call and get them back on track.. upon doing this they put a forbearance on going back to 08/2006 and lasting till 11/2007. Can I have the 3 CRA's update my accounts and remove the lates? I was up to 150 days past due before I realized this...
Please any help would be greatly appreciated!
