They won't be able to pull your credit if it's frozen. That's the whole point of a freeze is to prevent people opening accounts in your name. Creditors you already do business with can do SPs if they code it as an account review but if you don't have existing business with T-Mobile they're going to deny the application and force you to go to the store with ID to resolve the situation.
T-Mobile only does a soft pull when signing up for service as I did so earlier this year.
