TU dispute--quick question--AU not deleted.

I just received my completed report from TU. When I opened the dispute I (one) was for a CO with Providian CC. I was only an AU. I either disputed online as not mine or belongs to a family member.
It came back & is listed as....Authorized Account.  I know for a fact that it isn't mine. Is this their wording for AU??
 
I called them over a week ago and was told that it was removed. OMG do they lie!
 
What should my next move be?

I was dealing with similar issues from TU.  Did you dispute more things at the same time?  I disputed several and called to check the status.  Almost all are going to be changed, but the rep (from America which I requested...) said that the report will not reflect the changes until all of the disputes from the request are finished.  At that point, everything will update at once.  Hope this helps.

Yes I did dispute 5 things. I received email 7/22 stating completed. I received report in the mail  7/24.
 
online copy states Report date 7/22  The account im talking about shows DELETED.
The mail copy:  date ISSUED  7/18    still on report....also says...purchased by another lender
There is NO CA
It does have an address & phone #.  I don't know if I should call the oc ( providian financial) or MOV the CRA ask for a new dispute. Not sure what is best.
