I have been trying to get my free disclosure credit report from TU I am allowed from a credit denial for over 3 weeks online. I keep getting the message that the website traffic is heavier than usual and try again in 30 minutes. This is after everything is approved and I click to get report. I have called the CB, the first 3 reps tried to have me go to annual cedit report, said they reset my account and now it will work. Nobody can send me the report, but I can order the annual report. It's not fixed, but I finally get the next guy to put in a technical report, but he made me do everything all over again I'd already done and was surpeised I got the rror message. He also wouldn't send me a report but told me the problem would be fixed in 2 days and I could get my report online. I'm still getting the same error message on any browser anytime of day or night. Today the rep took my phone so tech suppot could call me, but still won't send my report. I've gotten this type of report by mail before. Any ideas about what's going on?
