TU762 EQ769 EX766

I've been gardening for about 2 years now.

In my wallet I have

Chase Freedom CL $10,500

Chase Sapphire Preferred $6,500

Cabela's $9,000

Seahawks MyNFL Card (Barclay Card) $7,500

Nordstrom's Card $5,000

Citi Double Cash $2,000

Amex Everyday $2,000

Total limit $42,500

I've been able to keep my utilization's low. My Chase Freedom has done the most growing. It started out at a $2,000 CL. My Chase Sapphire Preferred has increased from $5,000. My Cabela's card has increased from $7,500.

I've made great progress. Two years ago, my "myFico" scores were mid to high 600s. Haven't done anything besides making on time payments, keeping my utilization low, and having my average credit age mature.

I don't think I would have been able to increase my scores so much without the help of this site.

My next goal is to reach into the 800's.

Nice work; you've definitely been doing the right thing for the last 2 years.

Keep in mind when you pay off that auto loan next year if you don't have another installment loan you will likely see a score drop.  You may want to consider that $510 secured loan technique that you can find all over this forum about 2 months before you pay off your auto loan so that it starts reporting before the auto loan stops.  Just an idea, unless you plan on having another loan in place for something else prior to that.

That's probably a text book method of growing your credit score/profile. You should be commended on your success.
