Sounds like you did a lot of applying at one point and either did it over the phone or on paper. Stuff gets mixed up, happens. Yes dispute with each agency directly by FAX. DO NOT DO IT OVER THE PHONE.

More mistakes happen that way. If you do it online only dispute stuff you want deleted. Fax is the best way to have things corrected.
