As some of you may know I am in the middle of DV/OC (day 25 to be exact). To date just ONEcreditor replied, and I subsequently sent them a 'in any event, time-barred, will PFD for $100 ($1000 listed), already paid them about $150(no does not re-set SOL).
Anyway, at the same time, I sent a letter to citibank, because during my disputes with the CRAs in December, they ended up removing an 11 year old closed but good account which I wish they hadn't because it added to ength/good. I told them they had removed it and asked if they could add it back since I had been a good custome and could use the good/old line.
So every day I check my mail to see if anyone has either DV'd or sent me a 'We've removed from your account'. Today I get a letter and it says 'I response to your inquiry, we requested the CRAs to delete this item from your accout'. I'm thinking 'cool, score one for me' and then went to see who it was. Citibank. WhoWASN"T reporting anyway and who I'd askd to REPORT.
And so it goes...
