Sent a pay for delete letter to a collection agency(Cavalry Portfolio Services) and recieved my certified mail receipt back with a signature. Wondering how long should I wait for a response in writing and what should I do if I dont recieve a response. Offered to make full payment, account is from 04(Sprint ) and the SOL in Maryland is 3 years filled out app. for refi. early in 07 for property in NY and it wasnt on my report my fico scores was in the 700's dropped to the 600's didnt find out until I pulled my report in 10/07 this is the only mark on my credit report and was only for $371.Need fastest possible resolution to this situation any suggestion??Also my CR stated Date of 1st delinquency 2/05, date assigned 3/07 , balance date 9/07,date reported and status date 9/07
