Tracking SP's

Hello Forum,

I've seen a few posts where people were aware of SPs. What tool is used to view SPs?

Re: Tracking SP's

To view SP's you need to pull reports directly from the CRA's.  Be careful and make sure you're getting just the report.  Some of the monitoring services offered by the CRA's will not show SP's.

Re: Tracking SP's

If you pull your raw reports from annualcreditreport.com you will see all soft pulls.

Re: Tracking SP's

Yeah the only place I've seen this is on my reports pulled from annualcreditreport.com. I will look into EQ Premiere. Knowing SPs isn't vital, but interesting.. Thanks for the info!

Re: Tracking SP's

Annualcreditreport.com is a special, government-sanctioned site that is limited only to consumer pulls of their own credit reports, thus making it easy for the CRAs to comply with their free annual credit report requirment.

Thus, the site is free to include record of all soft inquiries in their reports with no concern that they will be provided to anyone other than the consumer.

It is the best way to view SPs.

Re: Tracking SP's

Is this a normal rate of SP'ing with my current creditors?

This year so far:

BOA

9/3/2015

WF

10/5/2015

Chase

6/19/2015

10/21/2015

Citi

7/7/2015

Amex

9/29/2015

Now creditors i do not have an account with:

FNBO - 4 total this year

Discover - 24 total this  year
