Tradeline reporting question

I have a tradeline that is being reported differently on TU than the other two.  I had 3 lates (May 2009, Apr 2009, Jul 2008) they are not reported on TU but are on EQ and EX.  I was hoping to figure out a way to get the TU report on the other 2.  The account is closed with zero balance since nov 2010.  Im afraid to dispute as it might get the TU tradeline changed to report the lates too.  Thinking about trying a GW, it's GE-Sam's...any advice?

If they were 30 day lates I wouldn't worry about it.  Even a GW letter could cause them to update the TU with the lates.  They aren't impacting your score any longer.
