I recently received a CLI rejection that said I have a serious delinquency per TransUnion. I called them, and I was told "due to the nature of the delinquency" that they cannot give me any information about it. I am unable to login to their website (even to pay for access!) the site just doesn't work. I pulled credit karma today - no derogatory marks/delinquencies/collections accounts. I tried to go the dispute route through the Tranunion site, again no delinquencies. I paid for all three reports through credit sesame and the remarks about my score for Transunion say "too many delinquencies", yet there are no late payments on any accounts, no collections, and no derogatory accounts! TransUnion said they would mail me my credit report, but I just am at a loss. I haven't received any collections calls or collection information in the mail and I cannot for the life of me think of anything that might be late. Has anyone had anything similar happen?
Welcome to the myFICO forums!
Unfortunately, you are going to have to wait for your TU CR to arrive in the mail to find out what is going on.
Keep us posted and let the forum know what is going on.

Hope that you find what's causing all of this when you get the mailed CR. Out of curiosity, have you tried using diff. browsers to access TU site?
Yes - I tried IE, Google Chrome, and Safari. They all do the same thing when I try to register. Nothing. The continue button doesn't work. I'm just not sure how I have "too many delinquencies" when I have literally never been late on anything.

I had the same issues with TU only it wasn't for logging in it was for filing a dispute after I logged in. I couldn't click continue to actually file the dispute. It drove me absolutely nuts! Tried everything different browsers, on my phone, on my ipad, desktop nothing helped. Had to call and that was all. Absolutely hated it so I feel for ya and hope it gets resolved ASAP!

TU is the bane of my existence. Sorry you're goinhg through this; hopefully once you have your hard copy report in hand, you'll get the answers you need.

I had this same issue as well. I couldn't access the TU dispute online, or EQ's. I tried different browsers, different computers, my phone, nothing worked. I've never had any CRA say they couldn't discuss a delinquency, though; that doesn't seem right. I've called all 3 CRA about delinquency's on my reports and they were always able to give me any info I asked for. Have you tried calling back and asking for a supervisor? Or just calling back and talking to someone else?
Also, please come back and keep us updated! I'm honestly curious to see what's causing all of this trouble!

Thanks for all of your responses. I got my hard copy today and it seems like the issue is an old Chase student loan. They sold my loans years ago to a company called American Education Services, who then sold them to Navient. Chase is reporting the loan as settled for less than owed rather than transferred to another lender, but even still there are no delinquencies anywhere, 0 late payments on any accounts, even that one Chase account that is listed as "Adverse". Who knows, I swear TU is the absolute worst. I've disputed the account information, and now that I think about it I think that Chase had originally reported all of my accounts that were transferred as being settled for less than was owed when they were originally transferred. I seriously am at as a loss as to how "settled for less than owed" is considered a serious delinquency.
