I filed a dispute with Transunion on 2/19/18, and the Status currently shows In Progress, with no Completed date. However, when you hover over the In Progress icon to get more detail, I'm seeing Status Detail: 1 of 1 Complete.
Anybody know what that means? Is my dispute investigation completed, but the overall Status just wasn't correctly updated yet?
I plan on calling them, but thought I would check here first since I won't be able to call them until much later tonight. Thanks!!
Thanks! I called them last night and the request had indeed been completed. It was just very confusing since the overall status still hadn't been changed. And I never received any email notification of anything either. I would've kept waiting until the overall status had been updated had I not noticed that additional detail in the little hover box.
