Transunion changed our access to service.transunion.com

Can anyone tell me if this has also happened to them.  On yesterday while trying to log into my "service.transunion.com" account it is still saying we cannot access the account because we have a "pending despute" and that we would have to wait until the dispute endss on the 21st of this month, to be able to access our credit file on Transunion.

Not only is the service.transunion.com very uncommon, so is not being able to access the credit file because of a dispute.

Yes.

If you have an open dispute you cannot pull any new reports until it is finished.

This haooened recently and was annoying because the changes occured weeks before the dispute closed and still had to wait until the investigation was done and closed before I could pull a new report.
