My wife is an authorized user on 3 of my cards. They are reporting and have been reporting to EX and EQ. With transunion it shows up for a day or two then it gets removed.
I have contacted each card issuer(Barclays, Chase, SyncB) and each have updated her report twice now and each time transunion sees this and removes the AU reporting.
What is going on here? Should I contact transunion on this or are they totally against AU accounts?
Yes, I would contact them.
I know of no reason why, if the credtior is reporting, they would not accept.
Very odd. I have had my daughter as an AU on two cards and thus far no issues with reporting (Cap One and Amex).
