I have no idea why I am unable to access Transunion in any way shape or form. Annual Credit report gives a message of unable to process yet I viewed Equifax/Experian on Annual . On their True Identity site again I am unable to access my report. The only way I know what TU is reporting is from C Karma & there lies the issue. There are 2 old CO's reporting that the other CRA's have removed & I am seeking removal of them from TU as well. I attempted through TU direct site-no go. Same message "Unable to comlpete request. I have tried 3 computers. I did print the paper dispute form to fax but do not have a file number There is no * next to that in the instructions as in meaning must include so I am hoping it is accepted without. Am I the only one out here that cannot get a TU report? Forget calling-tried that & if there's a way to reach a human I haven't found it yet.
