Re: TrueCredit won't let me update.

you should check your bank statements. I had the exact problem, however i had been double billed already, and went back and forth between my bank and truecredit, with truecredit saying they were only paid once, but my bank showing they were paid twice, and i got soo tired explaining the siutaiton and the back and forth i just decided the darn $14 wasn't worth it.  so, the last straw was thursday it started with it saying it was updating my reports, but kept sending to my last report, then the next day it was saying i had to pay.  so i called, and was told that i wasn't charged for may and that was why. i explained that i had not only only been charged, but had been double charged. the lady looked it up and told me they'd be sending me a refund.  so, make sure to look it up on your bank statements.

I checked my bank statement and didn't see any charge from truecredit. I thought it was a glitch on the server that I was going to get the product for free. The trial period lasted two months.

Re: TrueCredit won't let me update.

I tried to log in today and update and could not from different computers. I called Truecredit and something was wrong with their system. Had to cancel my account and re-order. Wonder if anything fishy going on?

Re: TrueCredit won't let me update.

I had the exact same problem last week. (there:s a post about it somewhere) They told me there had been a billing glitch so I wasn:t billed for the second month, had to cancel then resubscribe.

Not good for my heart--it happened right after I was approved for my first amex and then I couldn:t see my reports!!!

I was worried about the same thing that angiepharm mentioned, being double-billed, but haven:t seen anything yet.

And their customer service? painful. seriously. I hope there:s not a problem because I:d rather pay double than go through that again.
