Truist MC old Suntrust Card

Has anyone that had an old Suntrust MC that moved over to Truist have it show that you made the payment and it sill showed up that you needed to make a payment? I called three times and they said the payment was made but it will not show up. I kept getting E-mails saying that my payment was due and I did not pay it yet even though I did.

Need to go in branch and fix this. Yes I was converted from BB&T and SunTrust.

Your payment confirmation # and bank statement showing funds withdrawn should cover you. 

They might have a lag with their system. Truist is still combing through streamlining SunTrust accounts after 1 year merger for some odd reason.

Look at your statement after it cuts, if anything looks off, then dispute transaction before full 30 days to prevent errors on CR.

I called and they said it's an update in the system and that is why no issues. Thank god! I don't need any issues.
