Their CMS is as slow as their CS
I had that experience the first time i cancelled during a free trial. That is why i used email this time and it was painless and fast.
OP, did they try to tell you that FICOs were worthless and that lenders only use their scores? Curious to see if they still feed that line.
Thanks for reminding me I need to cancel mine. The service is just way to slow to be usefull. I'll stick with USAA.
