btdt.... you can do it! Patience is key here.
What I did during my get out of debt/rebuilding phase was I used a modified "dave ramsey" method. He touts the snowball method... make minimum payments on every debt except the smallest one.. this one gets the lion share of your payment money; when its paid off, you move that payment onto the next smallest one ,...and so on until you have 1 debt left and all the available funds go there.
I made a spreadsheet of all my debt... who I owed, how much, the monthly minimum payment and the INTEREST rate. I included my rent and a very tight food budget etc) i paid my highest interest rates first.
I also used no credit cards nor applied for any credit during the beginning of the payoff period.
After about 4 years of paying off debt, i started rebuilding my credit file (i'd gone all cash). I apped for a credit card... then i qualified for a first time homeowner program and bought my own home. Now..after 8 years i have a couple of really good prime cards in my wallet, i got a great interest rate on my last car purchase, and my savings account is growing.
You CAN do this...
It sounds like you need a budget....once you know where the moneys going every week it's easier to figure out what's left over. It will be a constant struggle of what to pay first and wondering where your money went. I'd suggest googling hoffman allocated spending plan (may be a bit of overkill but it covers every aspect of life), Once you know how much you can put towards the cc debt look for a debt snowball calculator such as vertex42.
