Two Creditors - Same Debt

I have an auto loan that was repo'd in 01/04. A month ago I had 3 different creditors that showed the same debt being owed. I disputed one of the debts on all CRAs with the collection agency that I knew no longer handled the account. While I haven't received any updates it appears that the dispute went ok as I no longer see them anywhere on my credit report.

However, there are still two creditors showing for the debt and I am not sure which is the best way to clear that up.

The credit union, the original debtor is still on there. Their last update was 11/05 and it shows my balance as $12,247.

The second, a CA, is also on the report. Their total shows as $19,117 on an original balance of $13,730 and was last updated 07/07. They show the account was opened on 03/05.

Between the two of them my total outstanding debt is much higher than it should be. What is the best to kill these two birds with one stone. I would like to pay the debt with a PFD as I do honestly owe it, but obviously I wouldn't want to pay both creditors.

How should I go about handling these to get them both off my CR or at least one of them if the PFD isn't accepted?
What should I offer the settlement at?
The original balance?

PFD the CA, never mind the OC for now. I wouldn't offer more than 40% of the reporting balance.
If the CA agrees to a PFD and demands more and you can afford it, then pay it! Deletion is what you want.
