URGH!!! CMI not replying to DV

I sent a Dv to CMI back in the beginning of febrauary, they sent a "cookie cutter" reply stating the date it was sent to them ,and the last 4 digits of my SSN.

I sent them a follow up DV letter, and they sent the EXACT same paper back to me, that also states if it was open fraudulently then to contac account resolution department.... etc

Has anyone had success with CMI DV'ing. This is a paid account, and they dont seem to care too much about validating... what would be my next step, they have me at a standstill.

I have found a few email accoutns that I should maybe send to- should I do that?

Thanks everyone!

Was this the Lonnster letter?

If this truly is not your debt, then file a small claims action against the company for the limit of what you can claim in your jurisdiction.  Cite your debt validation request and that the company refuses to prove they have standing to collect the debt.
