What about the deposit@mobile app on the phone?? I'm a partial member and it works for me......I love it!! no fees whatsoever

I'm a partial member and was told many times that only members who are eligible for auto or property insurance (aka full members) can use deposit at home and/or mobile deposit.

That's a great suggestion, but my family can not justify the annual cost of a data plan for a smartphone. We only have basic phones.

I believe so. Haven't done so myself (I also use the mobile app) but they've handled just about everything via the web site messaging aside from things that require identity verification, etc that are better handled with a phone call. You'd probably get a faster definitive answer by using the site and asking USAA.

We can speculate endlessly but you'd have to ask that CSR. USAA's reps are generally very good in my experience but, like any other company, their CSR's aren't 100% consistent.
