Unable to generate EX report online?

Anyone else unable to generate an EX report online?

I tried requesting my EX report from annualcreditreport.com and got this message: "A condition exists that prevents Experian from being able to accept your request at this time." I've been getting that for the last 4 days when I try to get my EX report.

I'm trying to initiate a dispute, so I then tried to start one on EX's site using personal information. After answering the identifying questions, I got this message: "We were unable to honor your request. To dispute information online, you must obtain a new copy of your report. To order a new copy, visit annualcreditreport.com, experian.com/help or 1 888 EXPERIAN."

I don't have a freeze on EX, so I don't know if it's just a glitch or if they aren't allowing access to online reports anymore. On a side note, I do have an EX credit monitoring membership.

Anyone else able to pull a full EX report online?

I received that earlier this month.  Figured that they ("they") have mixed up files again and "they" cant verify identity, therefore, can't access (or dispute) the report.

Same thing just happened to my wife when attempting to get the free yearly from Ex. Just call them and do the automated prompts over the phone to get the report mailed to you. Should take about a week.

I get the exact same thing  ! 

I had to order, and pay for, my EQ report,  (still awaiting it after 16 days), haven't even tried to get one via EX due to my bad experience with EQ. I need it though, have a paid medical on it there the CA is deleting and told me ( via their email and letter) to dispute  if not removed before their updating period.
