Quick question not completely related to credit but wondering if anyone has ever linked their spouses mileage plus number with a United Card taken out in your own name?

Not sure you can. When you apply, you have to enter yours. If it doesnt match, it will create a new one for you. However, you can link your spouse to you under the United app I believe.
