Call At&T (number on website) ask them about the inquiry explain the situation and make sure that there is not a new acct under your name if there is make sure it is canceled and demand....(firmly not rudly...u know what I mean) that the inquiry be removed! Request that they contact the CRA and that they send you a letter stating the inquiry was not authorized so you can send it to the CRA urself when u file a dispute......(and for ur own records)!
