Unrecognized Inquiry - Universal Credit Services

In browsing my ScoreWatch alerts for the past several months, I happened to notice that on the same day as my Discover hard inquiry for my CLI, another alert had come in from Universal Credit Services. I must've missed it when it happened, since the Discover one showed on my homepage. I did request CLI from AMEX around that same time, but a) I didn't think that involved a hard pull and b) they have Always shown as AMEX before. Anyone recognize this??

Google showed a couple of different sources with the inquiry as a CA and also as a mortgage pull. There is a CA on the web with the same name. Are you opted out? If not, they could have seen the Discover inquiry and pulled then.

If they have a Missouri address, they are a probably a credit agency.

They didn't pull my credit, but suddenly started harassing phone calls.  Of course they would NEVER make a mistake!
