So I called and cancelled.  Turns out the $24.95  charge for October was for my last 'free' report on 10/8 so I got that refunded as well.  The CSR I spoke with originally told me I'd be eligible for my next 'free' pull tomorrow but then said there was a glitch in the system and they hoped to have it fixed in the next week.  Of course she also originally told me the $24.95 charge was for a one time pull of my report on 11/8.  When I pointed out that 11/8 hasn't occurred yet she said it must have been from 10/8.  I then had to point out on 10/8 they still had free daily pulls.  That's when she offered to refund the $24.95 charge.  Just wish I could have gotten the $12.95 monthly charge refunded as well since they didn't provide any service (no reports, alerts, scores) from 10/9 to today 11/3 but that's more my fault for being lazy and not calling them sooner.

I don't understand the problem is...

 

Step 1: Call USAA and tell them you don't like the price and were "considering" canceling.

 

Step 2: CSR will offer you unlimited pulls for 50% off.

 

Step 3: Bask in your $12 unlimited pulls again.
