Using SOFI to Purchase a 10 Year Credit Record

This is what I do from time to time -

Take out a personal loan for x amount of years. Pay it in full with the funded cash from the loan. I do this within 90 days or when all three hit the CRA's whichever comes first. It cost's me a couple of hundred in interest to do this, but when done, there's a set in stone record for ten years that shows "Installment Loan"  "paid as agreed"  "Balance 0" "Closed". I started with my first one years ago at 2K, then 5K then 20K ect. The approval number would climb on their own. I'm getting close to the sumit now.

Here's my next one using SOFI for 65K - @ 6.9

Congratulations, we think you're great! You've been pre-approved!

This pre-approval is conditional based on verification of the information provided.
