Verifying they got your letter

So, If you send a "late" dispute, and it is CRMMM, and you can prove they took longer, or hadn't responded at all within the 30 days, what do you do now? What is the next step? Do you send them a nastygram? do you write them a letter telling them their time is up?

Same questions go for disputes that are not sent CRMMM

I mean what do you do after that? Call them and say, "hey... did you delete me yet"
I keep track of all the dates I send or fax a letter out  but wouldn't it be your word against mine?

Re: Verifying they got your letter

Who did you send the dispute to, the CRA or the OC?  I had a 60 day late showing up on a car I had traded in 5 months earlier.  I disputed with the CRA and it was corrected within a week.

I disputed to the CRA, that I was never late on a particular account. They have 30 days right? Then what? If they don't respond, I should just see the relfection on the report?

And then if nothing happens change wise to the report, after 30 days, then what do I do? call them?

The CRA will send you the results in 30 days along with an updated report and explanation of their investigation.
