Remove yourself as an AU on all of his accounts and remove him if he is an AU on any of your accounts. Can you pay off the accounts you're a joint applicant on and close them? Is your name on the mortgage? I hope it isn't.

In 2008 when he filed for bk.. I made sure I was removed of the mortgage loan.. I would be screwed because its in foreclosure and about almost 300k behind in payments, the attorney advised us that file bankrupcty in his name and they will workout a mod with the lender. I will defitnely call the cards.. I have used the cards im au on because i dont want to be involved with that. So the balance is whatever he owes.

I'm glad you're not on the mortgage, but still get yourself off all of the accounts that you can. If you're a joint applicant on a card, even if you have not used it, you're still as reposponsible as he is. That goes for any debts that you have jointly. They don't care about divorce decrees or any of that, and consider it a civil matter. I think it would be a good idea to set yourself with a financial advisor just in case also.
How is he able to file for BK twice in 6 years?

WOW, that's a big number to eat but you really need to BT that to one of your cards and close those joint accounts BEFORE he misses payments, talks to a lawyer, or files for bk. they will destroy your credit if they go into the bk or go late.
This is a little off topic but...how did you get that outstanding deal with your Mercedes Benz auto loan? What is your credit score, if you don't mind me asking. Also did you put any money down? I have been thinking of a Mercedes lately and your payment is lower than what I pay on my 2008 Ford.
