I just got off the phone with wachovia and my blood pressure went really high because of the stupidity of the supervisor I was dealing with
here is the story
My account went over the limit because of a triple charge from one of the department stores and they processed the refund of the 2 error charges but it has not been posted as of now. Based on that the bank charges me $35 NSF fee for every little transaction that came in. I understand that is their policy and I do respect it but when I explained that I was charged almost $3000 by error they advised me to have a person from that department store to explain what happened and they will be more than happy to refund that.
I went ahead and called a manager from the store and we had wachovia on the line and he explained the situation. The Supervisor from wachovia accepted that and asked him to put the phone and she will work it with me. Shockingly , she told me that she reviewed my account history and she is not able to refund more than $35 out of a total charges of $385 because there is a transactions came in after that money was taken and i didn't have enough to cover !!! HELLLLOOOO why did I have the store manager on the phone????? she said that all she can give and she came up with a nasty attitude and she ended up HANGING UP THE PHONE can you believe how rude was that????
I need to find a place where I can complain about this unacceptable attitudes and how not fair was the way wachovia tried to make money out of me.
