And if you visit the Chase home page, you see a nice welcoming note to WAMU customers telling them what to expect in their new relationship with Chase.

Quick question maybe someone can answer. Since WAMU was gobbled up by JP Morgan/Chase, if I have submitted a DV letter to WAMU, what are the chances that they will not reply and to trade line in my credit file will disappear?

Am I thinking happy thoughts here because if history tells me anything about these kinds of 'mergers', things fall through the cracks because of all the personnel shifts/layoffs, etc.

Any comments?

If you want to be a slickster, I think you'd better dispute it with the CRA's, and very fast if you want it to come back unverified!  LOL

 

DV will only help someone find your file faster...
