Want to GW FIA CSNA -- but they are BoA??

Confused about who I should GW for a FIA CSNA account.
It was a SunTrust Mastercard when I opened it in 2001. Around 2005/06, I got letters saying they would become FIA CSNA. But when I googled FIA CSNA, I see it's actually owned by BofA.
I've been dealing with them for years and in all my time on the phone with CSRs, I've heard nary a word of being owned by BofA. Should I send GW to FIA CSNA, or BofA since BofA is the parent co??

Anyone dealt with FIA before?

Re: Want to GW FIA CSNA -- but they are BoA??

If you google FIA CSNA, all you get is pages and pages of postings on other credit forums with the question "Who/what is FIA CSNA??"
But I eventually found an old statement -- thank goodness I hang on to EVERYTHING -- and found their website.
My account was suspended while I paid off the account in a payment plan a few years ago. I was told once I paid off the account they would un-suspend it and possibly even raise the CL. Of course, that was total BS and they didn't... so I requested they just close the account. That was last July. My last credit report still showed the account as open, so I called BACK and asked what the deal was. The CSR said their files showed it as closed/consumer request and said she'd update the CRAs as such. Well now I found my account in their online system & it's STILL listed as suspended...

I have no idea how to proceed. My credit report says different than the CSR said, which says different than the website says. Should I worry about it, or just proceed with the GW letter and not worry about the status of the account?
