Have you seen the creditors info (name,address&phone#) that is towards the back of your CR's?

There should be a list of contact info, of all your creditors. That is the address or phone to use for Wells Fargo Fin.

Hi lil_joey!  I had attempted a GW letter for an old loan account with WF in September and they responded with a negative, but they did give an address and a fax number.  When I tried calling to discuss, they indicated (after much transferring I might add!), that they didn't have a WF Financial credit area that I could speak to and the only method of communication was by fax or USPS mail. 

The address they gave me was:
