Some background: My Dh has a collection account on his report from a ca that is not authorized to collect in my state and isn't the current account holder. I dv them in Sept, never heard anything came back verified with cras. I sent them a threat letter again in Oct telling them, provide with paperwork to substantiate their claim or remove, they updated as "closed" with the cras right away. I decided enough was enough, disputed again with TU and EQ (no results back yet), EX verified 11/11. I sent out my 3rd and final notice today. I looked at an updated cra report for my dh and this is what it states under this particular account:
