Ok,so I've tried to fix an item my my hubby's Experian report that is inaccurate. Now it say says Item transferred to another lender, charge of for $8,883.This item was included in our chapter 7 in July. The online dispute system will not allow me to dispute it again to have it re-listed as included in chapter 7. Is there a letter I can use? I am lost now.
I had success with the other two, but Experian will not budge!!! There are two credit agencies listed that I have tried to contact and all mail is returned. I have tried to dispute them by mailing them the returned mail with letters explaining the info is inaccurate and now they relist it as Charge off! If I cant verify the debt, how do they?
