What addresses to use for 12277

I'm filing a 12277 Application for WIthdrawal of Filed Form 668(Y) Notice of Federal Tax Lien. As part of the explanation, I'm supposed to include the CRAs that I want notified. Does anybody know what addresses to use for each CRA? I wasn't sure based on the stickied addresses thread

I think that that's exactly what I should use. I was thinking that there must be multiple contact addresses, but those seem to be the correct ones. Thanks very much for the help!

Don't count on the IRS notifying the bureaus.   Once you get the approval just send it certified mail to all 3
